Premier Realty Listing Line Privacy Policy
Premier Realty LLC ("we," "us") operates an automated listing line, known as Charlie, at (903) 420-4030 and charlie@txpremierrealty.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through that service.
Who uses this service. The listing line is an internal tool for licensed real estate agents affiliated with Premier Realty. It is not offered to the public.
What we collect. Agent name, mobile number, email address, and the property details an agent provides about a listing (for example address, price, seller name, and dates). Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the details can be written down accurately.
How we use it. To record listing details, confirm them back to the agent, remind the agent of missing items, and route the information to our office staff who prepare listing paperwork, schedule photography, and enter MLS data.
Text messages. Agents may choose to receive text messages about their listings by completing our opt in form on this site or by texting START to (903) 420-4030. Message frequency varies with listing activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help or email charlie@txpremierrealty.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or affiliation with Premier Realty.
No sharing for marketing. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers that operate the listing line on our behalf (telephone, messaging, and database vendors) and only to deliver the service.
Retention and security. We keep listing records as long as needed for the transaction and our brokerage record keeping obligations. Access is limited to Premier Realty staff who need it.
