Program description. The Premier Realty Listing Line is an internal tool for licensed real estate agents affiliated with Premier Realty LLC. When an agent reports a new listing by calling or emailing the line, the program sends that agent automated account notifications about their own listing: confirmation of the details reported, reminders about items still needed to finish the listing paperwork, and notice when the listing has been handed to office staff. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not send messages to consumers or the public.
Opting in. Agents opt in by completing the opt in form on the home page of this site and checking the consent box, or by texting START to (903) 420-4030. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or affiliation with Premier Realty. Agents can still use the listing line by phone or email without opting in to text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with listing activity. Most agents receive one to five messages per listing.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Premier Realty does not charge for these messages. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to (903) 420-4030 at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent collected through this program are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy page on this site for details on how information is handled.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes. Premier Realty may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
